Professional nanny available for care across the Isle of Wight
I am a 32 year old female who is available for nannying or babysitting.
Available for ad hock, regular or one off sessions - including weddings, parties or other events. I'm also available for travel, holidays or weekends away, as well as evening babysitting and over night stays.
I previously co-manage a preschool on the Isle of Wight, which I had been doing for 10 years, 4 of those in management.
Alongside this I work with a number of families based on the island as a private nanny. The amount of nanny and babysitting then took over, so I pursued a career as a professional nanny. I have over 10 years experience, working with a range of ages from newborn - 14 years old.
I have previously been Ofsted registered as a home carer so I could renew this at parent/carers cost. I have a BA (Hons) in Early Education (graduated in 2016) as well as a paediatric first aid certificate, DBS check, safeguarding and food hygiene trained, amongst many qualifications.
I can prepare and cook meals, follow routines (including bath and bed times) and provide support for families who may need it.
I am a motivated, caring and reliable individual who works on own initiative as well as having an eye for detail. I'm more than happy to undertake housekeeping and cleaning work, take children out to visit places including nature and beach walks, as I love to get out and about. I am also happy to care for any family pets and any other animals and have lots of experience in this area.
I have my own car and a clean driving licence.

Katie is very friendly and very good with our son. Her qualifications are excellent and she is very accustomed to a variety of child care situations and challenges! She is also extremely patient when it comes to playing the 17th Monopoly game in a row!
