About Me

I am a mature, friendly, responsible person with good people skills who enjoys working in the home environment. My work experiences in this field includes proxy parenting, daily and live-in nannying and baby-sitting and tutoring. I am very caring and compassionate, who can take care of children and their everyday activities with interest which the children and parents appreciate. This has been reflective on my previous positions as a care giver and as a tutor as I have forged lasting friendships with both the children and the parents. I make every effort to communicate with parents and work with their values and expectations. I will happily take the children to libraries, museums, parks, etc. While at home, I will set objectives and establish priorities for education and playtimes whilst encouraging new ideas and thoughts. I will give them the due respect regardless of their age.
I am an excellent owner driver, with a clean driving licence. I am a great cook who loves producing nutritious meals from scratch. I take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy space.
I would like to add that as someone with high values I have always been able to maintain confidentiality. As someone who values a high work ethos, I have always prioritised good time management.
