Hi, my name is Poppy and I am a speech and language therapy assistant in Bristol. I hold a degree in Psychology as well as training in working with children with variety of additional needs. I am a naturally caring, chatty and confident person who has always loved working with children and families. I am regularly DBS/CRB checked for my job (most recent was November 2023) and am available at short notice/ flexible with my hours. I can also drive if needed and have my own vehicle.
My Experience
I have previously provided babysitting for children aged 2 to 14 years old, as well as 1-on-1 support work at a day care centre for children with disabilities. I currently work as a speech and language therapy assistant working with a range of patients with communication difficulties.
My Qualifications
I hold a First Class Honors degree in Psychology. I have also been NHS trained in many areas such as working with children, safeguarding and behaviour management.
My Availability
I am flexible with my hours and can normally accommodate any times you require.
