I am a mother and a grandmother. I grew up in a childminding household with two brothers and I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since 1994. I was also registered as a Foster Carer for a few years.
I am qualified to NVQ level 3 and I am registered to offer the early years funding for 2yr olds, and 3-4yr olds under the Government scheme..
I have current first aid and safeguarding (child protection) certificates and I attend regular training courses covering various topics. For my last graded Ofsted inspection I was given a strong 'good' grading with 'outstanding' tendancies :)
I am a caring, flexible, friendly and approachable person

My Experience

My Qualifications
I am qualified to CACHE Level 3 and NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Education. I also have current first aid and safeguarding (child protection) certificates and I attend regular training courses covering various topics.
My Availability
I offer flexible hours, offering full time and part time hours to cater to your individual requirements.
I am registered to provide the government funded hours for 3 & 4yr olds.
I drop off/collect children at Longlands Primary School and Nursery altho I can attend other settings if they fit around my current committments.

I cannot rate this childminder highly enough, she looked after my son from 6 months old to now nearly 3 years old. Good communication to me while I was working full time, built an excellent bond with my son, while ensuring he still knows mum is mum! Lovely warm welcoming home with lots of toys to play with. Prices very reasonable. Just outstanding and everything you could want in a childminder.
