About Me

Experienced and Reliable Professional Providing Guidance and Support to Children and Teenagers

I specialise in offering comprehensive support and mentorship to children and teenagers, helping them navigate the complexities of modern life and equipping them with essential life skills. With a background in various areas of childcare and extensive experience working in private households, I have built a solid foundation in delivering personalised coaching and companionship services to young people.

My expertise spans a range of areas, including life coaching, mentoring, professional companionship/chaperoning, and household management. I excel in preparing young people for independence beyond their family home, empowering them to master essential skills in wellbeing, home life, travel, practical skills, social skills, and finance. Additionally, I have experience working with young people who have faced trauma, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to overcome difficult circumstances.

As a Level 5 (City & Guilds) certified Life Coach and Mentor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every engagement. I'm available for coaching, mentoring, companionship, and guardianship/chaperoning services, and while I am currently based in London, England, I am open to considering global roles, including opportunities in the USA.

My true passion lies in mentoring and my clients through crises or challenging situations. Typically, my programs consist of session-based engagements lasting approximately 2 hours each. However, I am flexible and can be booked on a daily, weekly, or full-time basis, tailoring my services to meet your specific needs.

Over the years, I have garnered excellent references from numerous families and young people who have benefited from my guidance. If you would like to learn more about me and my services please google VIP Coaching and Mentoring.

With a strong foundation of qualifications, experience, and professionalism, I'm confident in my ability to make a positive impact on the lives of the teenagers I work with. I also hold additional qualifications in Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). My diverse background includes seven years of service as a Combat Medic in the British Army Reserve, where I gained valuable leadership skills and firsthand experience serving on the frontline in Afghanistan.

In addition to my military background, I'm qualified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and hold certifications as a Mental Health First Aider and Pool Lifeguard. My range of interests extends to photography, travel, and country pursuits such as shooting, walking and general adventures!
