About Me
I am passionate about pregnancy, birth, babies and motherhood. I've had two very different births myself, one with intervention, one without. I trained with Red Tent Doulas, who are amazing. I am also qualified in Applied Kinesiology and Sound Healing. My specialties are helping women prepare for birth and post natal care. For both I offer a tailor made approach for the individual, unique woman. Using kinesiology we can help you bring your body in to balance and identify needs such as nutritional support. Sound healing is fantastic for deep relaxation for mother and baby. I teach ways you can use your voice and sounds to help you in labour, and keep yourself and baby calm before and after birth. I have in depth knowledge of post natal emotional issues and many tools to help you. I offer feeding support. At the moment I am not attending births, I support women before and after.
My Experience
I have 13 years experience in kinesiology and sound healing. I have recently come to doula-ing through my own journey of motherhood and supporting other mothers.
My Qualifications
I have an MA in Art History. Certificate in applied kinesiology, sound healing and as a Doula.Completed local authority child minder training and first aid.
