Hi there im Bianca. Im outgoing, friendly, honest, reliable, responsible, fun, nurturing, and most of all, very pateint. I have worked with children since the tender age of 18. Im now 39. I started off working with a charity called Toy Library, who helped children with disabilities, this experince was very eye-opening for me, and it really gave me a sense of purpose.

My Experience
I have 10 years of nursery experience with outings, school pick-ups, and what everyday nursery life brings. I have worked with children from the ages of 2-5 whilst in the Nursery as well as picking up older children who left our nursery to attend big school as they would call it and then came back to us for after-school club. I also have lots of experience with new borns, overnights, weaning, and general care for under ones. I have lots of experience with special needs children. NVQ 2 in EYFS childcare and young people.
First aid trained from babies to adults.
My Availability
I am looking for a welcomimg, respectful and kind down to earth family to work long term with. I have a 6 year old son who attends after-school clubs and camps in the holidays. I can offer temp care if I am available.

Bianca looked after our twins who are currently one year old. Our babies love her and accepted her very fast, unlike other people we worked with. I could rely on Bianca and be sure that babies are safe and well with her. Bianca is flexible, reliable, positive, and, most importantly, likes kids.
Overall
Bianca was punctual, energetic and endlessly patient with our little one.
Updates were frequent and helpful. Really felt like she cared about Kaydences well being.
100% would recommend her services.

Bianca looked after our baby daughter Frankie for a few hours a week when she was between 7 and 10 months old, and has also done some ad hoc babysitting for us. Frankie immediately warmed to her and always seemed very happy when she was here. She was friendly and reliable, and was excellent at both entertaining Frankie and comforting her when needed. We never worried about leaving Frankie in her care and have no hesitation recommending her.

Overall
Bianca helped me out with nanny services for a week. It was a difficult time with lots of variability as my mum was in hospital and my dad and I were constantly swapping who was home. However Bianca dealt with all the changes with grace, understanding and professionalism. I was happy to leave the girls in her care whilst I popped to the hospital.
She played very well with Emi and Iris; Iris is usually a bit shy with new people, but was happily playing with Bianca within five minutes!
She did a great job, and I wish her well in her new job next week.
I highly recommend Bianca.
