Hi! I’m Carina. (39) Mum of two fabulous children (4 & 5)
I am an antenatal & hypnobirthing teacher as well as postpartum doula and mothers help.
I love helping family’s, I have lots of experience helping family settle into newborn life.
My Experience
As a birth coach and postpartum doula I have helped over 50 family’s.
“Mothers help” work is extremely rewarding to me as I know first hand the challenges associated with motherhood.
I am also a pre and post natal fitness instructor so I like to help mothers have that all important “me time” through exercise.
I have experience looking after children from birth to 7 and have helped family’s with special educational needs too.
I am organised and friendly and have a good deal of knowledge around nutrition so am eager to cool for family’s too.
My Qualifications
I have a diploma in antenatal & hypnobirthing and am a qualified pre and post natal fitness instructor.
My Availability
I am available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
