About Me
I am a calm, kind and positive 21 year old currently studying a degree in Early Childhood Studies after completing a Level 3 Diploma in early years childcare and education whilst I worked in a primary school for 2 years, primarily with 3 to 7-year-olds. I am a very adaptable and hard working individual and pride myself on having an outlook that is both empathetic and optimistic. In my spare time, I like to take part in amateur musical theatre, this involves volunteering with a local youth theatre group. I also enjoy knitting, reading, yoga, cooking/baking, singing and being outdoors. I am currently learning to drive. I am also fully vaccinated. My Experience
I have worked full time in a primary school for 2 years as a teaching assistant with 3-7 year olds. I have a level 3 diploma in early childcare and education as well as a level 3 certificate in children's Speech, language and communication. I am now in the second year of my degree in Early Childhood Studies. I have also recently completed a placement within a baby room at a day nursery which I loved every second of!
My Qualifications
I am coming to the end of my second year of a degree in Early Childhood Studies. I have a level 3 extended diploma in early years childcare and education as well as a level 3 certificate in supporting children's Speech, language and communication. I have undergone a level 2 food hygiene course, paediatric first-aid training as well as safeguarding and allergy awareness. I have also undergone training on Autism and ADHD awareness and a level 3 certificate in child psychology.
