My Experience
I have worked as a babysitter from the age of 14. I looked after various aged children from around 20 months up to 12/13 years of age. As the oldest of a large family I have been able to help with the early stages of childhood - this combined with the fact I have worked as a Teaching Assistant, a Teacher, an After School club supervisor and now a 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant means that I have a wide range of experience with different aged children.
During all this time I have been involved in girl guiding as a young leader and then as a qualified leader.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified teacher, with my PGCE and QTS, I have my Masters in Education with TESOL. I have a degree in Interactive Multimedia. A Levels I have 3 good grades - B in Media and C in both ICT and English. I have a wide range of good GCSE's all grade C and above. During the time I studied for my GCSE, AS and ALevels I gained up to Grade 7 singing. I have my Team Teach Foundation qualification along with a wide range of safeguarding and additional qualifications linked to my time as a teacher/teaching assistant.
