Hi my name is Josie, I am a kind and caring person who has a passion for working within the care industry! I love making a difference and feel I have quite a lot of experience that could benefit families with special needs children. I have worked with a few families taking part in a variety of roles such as homeschooling and therapies including Occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and lanaguage therapy. In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and family, and enjoy the cinema, theatre, meals out and walking my dog. I also love anything to do with arts and crafts and getting creative!

My Experience
Most of my experience is within the special needs sector working in family homes but I have also worked in daycentres/residential homes and schools. I have experience with children, teenagers and adults with special needs and I absolutely love my job and what I do it, brings me so much joy! I have worked within the care sector for around 13 years in different settings such as residential housing, day centres and family home environments.
