My name is Caitlin, though everyone calls me Cat. I'm 26 years old and a fully trained psychiatric nurse. I'm looking to branch away from nursing and still care for others but with something a little more light hearted. I have always loved children and used to look after my 2 younger siblings when I was growing up, but have also worked with children in my career as a psychiatric nurse in the young people's services.
I'm bubbly, funny, I love to use my imagination, draw, bake and can also cook and clean. I especially have a passion for reading and literature. I also am an avid Disney, marvel, Dr Who, and Batman fan.
I'm fully pvg registered, a non smoker, and have medical knowledge and first aid plus training.

My Experience
I have been qualified psychiatric nurse for 4 years, but worked in hospitals for 7 years in total. I have looked after various ages from children to elderly in my experience as a nurse as well as baby sitting in my teens and looking after my younger siblings growing up. I also worked as a tour guide for Our Dynamic Earth and had a lot of interactions with children during this which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I also have experience working with learning disabilities as a mental health nurse I am trained in psychiatric and learning disabilities nursing and have looked after many patients with learning disabilities and behavioural difficulties.
My Qualifications
Registered mental health nurse. Which incudes first aid and more, general medical knowledge and extensive knowledge about mental health development and learning disabilities.
I’m also trained in tissue viability (wound care)

My availability would depend on the family needs and wages offered. I have the ability to be very flexible.
