About Me
I am a very passionate, ambitious and motivated young woman who believes that every child despite their race, religion or class deserves the best education! I am currently working as a deputy head of year and I see how vital a strong and proactive pastoral team is to a school/ sixth form. I have gained experience in dealing with academic struggles in order to support and develop each student in their studies. I have developed excellent behaviour management skills as well as vast SEN experience working 1:1 on a daily basis with students who have a range of needs. Due to the current global situation I am more flexible and available to offer more hours. Particularly with the Easter holidays approaching !!
My Experience
I am currently head of year 7 in a secondary school in hackney. I have also previously worked as a welfare officer and safeguarding officer. I was working for a family as a babysitter/ after school care along side my job in education for 8 months until COVID-19!
