I am an extremely passionate and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children and helping them excel. I have over 4 years of babysitting experience and I love every second of it! I place a important value on safeguarding and I make sure that the children I work with have lots of fun.
My hobbies include sports, playing football, playing the piano and taking care of children.
One thing that is vital when working with children is patience, I can assure you that throughout my experience, I have acquired so much patience. I see myself as a bubbly and approachable person.

My Experience
My name is Hamida and I am currently a PE teacher in a secondary school. I have taught nursery ages up to year 11 so I am able to adapt to any children.
I have also worked in a holiday club which involves activities such as crafting and cooking aswell as going on trips with the children to places such as swimming, cinema, parks and many more places!
I have grown up around many children throughout my whole life so speaking to children and playing with them comes very naturally to me, I have over 4 years of babysitting experience, I have worked with special needs children throughout my experience in childcare so I am able to adapt to any children!
I have also taught science in an after school club aswell as having my own tutoring sessions teaching maths and English to KS1 and KS2
As I work in a school, I have already completed my first aid training, safeguarding, FGM, DBS on update service, I also have a professional childcare qualification “supporting the delivery of physical education and school sport” and a full U.K. driving license which I am happy to provide upon request

Hamida has looked after my 8 year old twins once a week over the summer, the main requirement (apart from keeping them safe) was to tire them out and get out in the fresh air, as they have boundless energy and are very sporty, and generally we are out most days, also someone with a teaching background stood out for me, I wanted someone who could engage with them as they have strong personalities. So the profile immediately fitted on paper.
In reality the twins have been very happy, they have been cycling, playing sports and cooking, so all good. I think we found a great match and will be happy for Hamida to help out again in the future
