My name is Philipa but most people call me Pip.
I have been working with horses since leaving school , including a year in Germany working for Denis Lynch , Irish international showjumper .
For the last year I had been working as an OFSTED registered assistant to my mum who is a registered childminder of 25 years, short term foster carer and special needs carer . I then went on to work as a temporary nanny out of area for a family of 5 .
I am currently living back in Berkshire.
I work part time at a stable yard and love being outside. I enjoy drawing and painting and am an avid reader.
Whilst working with my mum last year I have taken on the responsibility of healthy meal plans and cooking. I collect the children from nursery school and am confident in being in sole charge of children over 10 months .
I have my paediatric first aid certificate , DBS certificate and a full drivers licence .
My Experience
I have spent one year working as childminding assistant with children from the age of 10 months to 11 years, including working with children with autism , down syndrome and speech dyspraxia.
Worked as a temp nanny . role inc. helping with house cleaning duties , ironing , cooking for the children , helping with homework , bath and bed time , looking after family pets & a small amount of gardening maintenance.
