Hi, I’m Liz, I’m 26 and live in Portsmouth. I currently work as a paediatric HCA and care for babies and young children with complex care needs such as brain conditions, tracheostomy’s and other rare/life threatening illnesses. I am
currently on maternity leave after having my beautiful baby boy in July and am looking for some extra work to top up my maternity pay. I absolutely love working with babies and children. And I love animals too! I have 2 dogs and a huge fish tank at home. I have a full driving license.
My Experience
I currently work with complex care babies and young children (up to 3 years) but I have experience with children of all ages. I have also looked after children with autism and other behavioural issues. I am fully first aid trained - with in depth training on babies/children. I also have several other qualifications regarding babies/children. I have worked with adults with mental health and other physical conditions.
My Qualifications
Basic life support, first aid, moving and handling, medication administration, epilepsy, ventilator, safeguarding - plenty more, can get certificates. Also have training in adult mental health and learning disabilities.
My Availability
Currently available 7 days a week any time, no overnight stays.
