Hi, my name is Miriam. I am currently living in Sheffield, studying Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University. I would describe myself as a fun, creative and reliable person who loves spending time with children and caring for others. I also really enjoy spending time in nature and doing various arts and crafts. I feel that many children I have worked with in the past have warmed to me very easily, I believe this to be because of my friendly, calm and patient nature. In addition to childcare I am also more than happy to cook and help around the house.
My Experience
I have experience working as a play-worker at an after school club. In this role I worked with children ranging from 4-11 years of age. I have also had various other volunteering roles in settings such as nurseries, school breakfast clubs and children's holiday clubs.
