Hi!
My name is Paris, I am a personal trainer and sports coach by trait. I have 8 years experience working with children and teens aged 5-18 years old. In my old profession I used to plan, organise and run sports camps for up to 50 children - as a result I have a great deal of experience looking after all kinds of children of different temperaments, interests and abilities, so looking after your young ones is no feat for me!

My Qualifications
I hold a first class honours in sports coaching and analysis & an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, so if your children have an interest in sport or fitness then we’ll be a great fit!
However, I also hold A-levels in biology, maths and French and love arts and crafts, so am always happy to help out with homework
I hold other coaching qualifications for working with children and am also DBS qualified
