About Me
I am a young at heart 63 year old woman who has been taking care of babies, toddlers and children for 40 years. I have worked with private families, several nurseries, 3 Kindergartens and international schools in Germany, I started my career as governess to members of the Spanish royal family in Madrid! I have a genuine love of children, which they recognise and respond to. I have a current DBS check, excellent references, and I am available for part time work.
My Experience
I am a qualified Counsellor, and I worked in the NHS for 13 years in GP surgeries. I have run my own business teaching stress management & thriving through change in organisations across public, private and voluntary sectors. I love children and enjoy being with them, and I have over 40 years experience from newborn to teenage. I speak Spanish, a little French and Greek and I have often taken care of children part time.
My Qualifications
Therapeutic Massage, Counselling, Principles of Dementia Care.
My Availability
I can be flexible with this but I am currently only working on Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons. Both of these can be changed if necessary. I am looking for part time hours.
