About Me
Hi my name is Kathryn i live in Pegswood just outside morpeth with my Partner my 13year old daughter and 10yr old son. I provide good quality childcare in a warm friendly environment.
I live on a quiet cul de sac in a 2 bedroom semi detached house with plenty of space downstairs with kitchen diner and conservatory and we also have a good sized secure garden for children to play in with lots of play equipment.
We have a large range of toys to suit different ages and like to do activities such as baking, painting and gardening where the children can plant there own plants and look after them and then take them home.
I have just had my ofsted inspection where I was graded GOOD they were very pleased with how happy the children were and with the activities and level of care provided.
We love to explore the local woods and enjoy going to the park and local attractions.
I provide healthy nutritious meals and snacks for the children
I provide the government 15 hours free funding for 2,3 and 4 year olds
I hold a current Enhanced Disclosure CRB. I do school pick up and drop offs at Pegswood and take children from older schools depending on parents needs and my availability please contact me for details
My Experience
Since having my children i fully understand the need for good quality childcare with someone you can trust. This is what has made me want to work within the childcare industry. I enjoy helping children settle in and grow in confidence in my setting.
I have experience in bringing up my own children and also have 7 years experience looking after children ranging in age from 8 weeks to 11 years.
I can provide references if required.
