About Me
I have been childmimding for 25 years and was a classroom group leader in a private nursery before minding. I live within walking distance to Norwood junction and East croydon .
I offer a home from home experience and like to keep in close contact with parents to make sure their childs stay with me as settled as possible
I live with my husband (who is DBS checked ) and my rather lazy fluffy cat .
I ike to visit local toddler groups ,parks, and soft plays.
I use my garden all year round, and we have a play cabin full of many resources at the end of my garden.
I do drive so we can do trips further a feild (have car chairs for all ages)
My Experience
I have worked with children since i left school . I worked in jancett day nurserys and worked my way up from a trainee to a nursery nurse then to a group leader in the pre school room .
I gained my NVQ level 3 in childcare and done many other childcare courses .
I gave up the nursery work to have my own child then decided too childminding in my own home so i could stay with my son . I have been minding now for 25 years and love my job .
I have cared for many children in my home and have extended my training knowledge whilst doing so Level 2 food and safety,Paediatric first aid,Safeguarding children level 1 2 & 3 ( and many more )
All my training is kept up to date and can be viewed in my portfolio
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3 in childcare .Level 2 food and safety .Paediatric first aid . Safeguarding children level 1 2 & 3 City and guilds > caring for children 0~7 years .
My Availability
My hours are 7.30 till 5 Monday to Thursday. I have full - or part-time vacancies and can drop off and collect from Robert Fitzrory Academy on Davidson Road

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
My fees are £7 per hour between the hours of 8am - 5pm
If you require a 7.30 start this half hour will be charged at £7
fees are different with regards to school drop offs and collection and can be discussed.
If you need any more information then don't hesitate to get in touch. I can also provide 2 & 3 year old funding ( if your child is eligible) and except tax free childcare vouchers
