My Experience

Please note I am only available for short term newborn bookings and sleep training, rather than in an employed nanny role.
I can commit to 24hr positions during the week as well as day time hours & night respite or sleep training.
I also do a lot of nursery organisation for the arrival of coming home. Teaching how to breastfeed /preparing feeds/sleep hygiene/ first baths - basically a mini low down of what to expect before baby arrives & any queries/worries new parents may have bringing little one/ones home.
Hospital packing lists and a list of my “must have” items to help make first days/weeks a little less overwhelming.

November 20 2022 - abbi gardener (2x 24hrs for 7 weeks)
Singleton born with bowel issues and needing surgery. In a in a fantastic routine. Self settling himself and a happy little boy! I also helped out with his older sibling of 3 years as and when needed


August 2022 7!days 24 hours followed with 2 weeks of nights
2 week old triplets - all nursery duties fulfilled - tongue tie assessment carried out. Proxy parenting and general supporting first time parents.

24 hour cover 3-5 days per week. 6 week old twins - nursery set up & general organisation. Both with Severe reflux & tongue tie. Established routine and full nursery duties, sole & shared care.

3 week old twin care, 24/4/5, severe reflux, intolerance and tounge tie assessment carried out Occasional help with sibling of 2 years old. All nursery duties and routine put into place

In between weekend clients (Monday-Friday afternoon) numerous roles including sleep training - feeding support and overnight night care when not with weekend clients or travelling

Previous high profile client Friday-Sunday and worldwide travel 9 weeks of the year (see below)

Assistanting parents with an extreme micro preemie born at 26 weeks. Home on oxygen so full care and respite for mum and dad who were not sleeping at all. Trained on how to care for oxygen reliant preemie with chronic lung disease.

* June - September 2020*
Maternity nurse and night care mix for twins born at 37 weeks. Full support for first time parents with feeding, changing, sterilising & organising nursery. I gave lots of support for tandem, breastfeeding mum that struggled with low supply, Both sleeping through from 10 weeks, baby led approach routine.

*Feb-June 2020*
24/5 maternity nurse for baby of 5 weeks old with severe reflux. Routine set and all nursery duties carried out.

*May - February 2020*
Night nanny and sleep training for a returning client with second child - 6 month old - sleeping 7-7 after the 3rd night of training.
Holiday Nanny - travel & day/night care for child of 8 month old in Italy.

Care for mum during her first birth and all aftercare for both mum and baby for 3 days, after both had to stay in hospital. Helping to establish breast feeding and guiding through the first few days

Night maternity care (waking and sleeping nights) for twins of 3weeks (4 weeks premature) - finger fed/tube fed, all nursery duties covered and in a good routine sleeping through from 10 weeks old (start July- present)

*April 2019*
High profile/uhnw nanny for one boy in a fully staffed household (from 6 months old. 2014-April 2019)

24/7 or 24/14 live in, rota basis - extensive long haul international travel (at least twice a month.. occasionally at the drop of a hat. So being organised is a must)

Proxy parenting, travel, buying & arranging wardrobe/toys in each household, packing, sleep training from start and then transition from cot to bed, toilet training, arranging play dates and day trips, party planning, all childcare admin including appointments and keeping track of vacations between NY,LA and London, teaching baby to swim using swim survival technique (swimming independently from 15months old)

sleep consultant - sleep trainer and night nanny on an ad hoc basis whilst off duty.

I have extensive experience across the board inc twin care, private and commercial travel with child from 6months, helping families with poorly newborns/infants and the ability to work within a fully staffed household. Reflux colic and allergies trained, tongue tie assessment training.

My Qualifications

NVQ Level 3, Pediatric First aid qualified, Tongue tie assessment, reflux, colic and allergies trained, Full UK driving license and own car. DBS checked.
Swim survival technique trained, how to use oxygen tanks in and out of the home

My Availability

Live in/out - travel - night and maternity care
emergency care/night nanny/sleep training. Please contact for exact availability- 12 weekends of the year I am available- the month of December fully booked.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Maternity Nursing from £20.00 per hour (net)

Fees available upon request depending on required care & reflect experience
