I am a positive, gentle and calm qualified Norlander approaching 30 years of childcare experience worldwide, caring for all ages of babies and children.
I am looking for a LIVE IN ROTA position and would prefer a 2 week on/off schedule but flexible with this depending on the type of role required, also flexible around travelling. Available to start July/August 2024!! I would suit a busy family, who need a reliable focused nanny able to take the lead, I work well within a team along side other staff and would love to work in collaboration with a rota with similar values and childcare philosophies to myself. I am able to proxy care and with autonomy and flexibly, I am able to give babies and children a well rounded happy childhood.
Also open to maternity/temporary positions until a compatible rota role comes along.

My Experience
I am a career nanny and maternity nurse with my care always centred on the needs of babies and children. From helping new parents with their premature babies to my oldest charge at age 17 years - she was 6 years old when I began caring for her and her siblings were 4, 2 and 8 weeks!
Having had years of opportunities providing an important service to families world wide and in various positions, the most recent being in Abu Dhabi within the royal household, I have developed a more open minded flexible practice, providing the best care alongside the many ways families live and wish to raise their children.
My care style is very baby led: slow, gentle and responsive; aiming to bring up toddlers and older children to have self-confidence, kindness, compassion and empathy, alongside good manners; encouraged in a positive environment that is structured with boundaries and feels secure. I hope for all my charges to have a happy and fun childhood where there are play and learning opportunities and lots of outdoor time whatever the weather!

Paediatric First Aid: 10th December 2021
