About Me
I am an OFSTED registered nannie/childcarer . I have worked as a childminder for 25 years my last EYFS inspection was outstanding . I recently have changed my registration to an Ofsted registered Nannie/childcarer instead .I have dedicated my life to caring for children, I have four amazing children myself , two boys aged 34 and 32 and two girls ages 30 and 24 and a newborn granddaughter ?I have a very
bubbly personality! I absolutely love children and have had an incredible journey in my 25 year childcare career and met so many amazing families . Even though my children are grown I can’t imagine doing anything else .
My Experience
I have looked after children from 14 weeks old up until about 14 years old . Majority of children start from about age 4 until they attend secondary school but many families have stayed with me 10 years with subsequent children.
My Qualifications
CACHE LEVEL 3 NVQ IN CHILDRENS CARE , LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT many childcare courses including + Child protection levels 1 2 and 3. Infection control. Caring for school aged children.Birth to 3 parts A and B. Observation, Assessment and planning. Supporting children's learning using ICT.Inclusion Handbook Training . Paediatric First Aid every 3 years. But most importantly 34 years as a mum of 4

Kimberly sounded very ENTHUSIASTIC to help for a day of one off nannying/babysitting. She sent several messages through childcare.co.uk even though we agreed via phone text messages and appeared to be confused. On the day we were expecting her, she sent a long message through childcare.co.uk 15 minutes she was due to turn up that she apologizing that she realised nannying in someone else's house was not something for her and she could not sleep because of it. We were baffled and left to look for other babysitters very last minute while we had to work. We find it a strange behavior and very unprofessional indeed.
Overall
Kim looks after my two little ones full time and I can honestly say from day one they have adored her and on a Monday morning they are very excited to be going to "Kimmies" to play, I have never had tears when dropping them off if anything some days I get them when i'm picking them up as they don't want to leave the fun. They honestly enjoy being around her and nothing is too much trouble for her (",)
The children love her playroom as she regularly changes all the toys around so there is always something new to play with and they are always out and about visiting parks or having play dates with other childminders by the time its home time they are normally so worn out they are ready for bed haha...
Its so lovely to be able to be at work each day without having to worry about them and checking my phone every 5 minutes x

I sincerely apologized and could not agree with you more that I let you down ! Had you have met me I could have explained that I have been going through some personal issues ! That I won’t go into . But after an amazing career over 23years and nothing but excellent and outstanding reviews ! And folders and folders of cards thank yous and reviews . It’s very sad that you felt you had to give me my 1st ever bad review when you don’t know me and never met me . If I can make a suggestion that in the future you meet your childcare provider before they look after your children ! Then you would not publicly assassinate a complete stranger who you have never met . I can assure you that I am a consummate professional! I have never ever let my parents down ! Even if I have flu I will battle on . But I have been going through some serious personal issues
Again I can only apologize for that day .
I would have been happy for you to call me , I would have even pop over to explain what happened . You would never have written this . Iv worked so hard all my life and and I certainly would never try to give a bad review without knowing the facts . Especially when it’s somebody’s livelihood.

My children have been looked after by Kim for over two years now and my kids love her!
She is so friendly and always happy.
Kim is very accommodating and very professional. She is organised and keeps everything in order (receipts, contact forms, contracts, policies, etc) and she is very experienced and up to date with all the right training all of which shows how passionate she is about all the children she looks after.
Kim's home is wonderful for the children with lots to keep them entertained and lovely days out in the holidays to parks, play places, cinema, bowling etc.
Whenever my daughter sees Kim in the playground at school she will run over to her with her arms open for a big hug.
It is so important to me that i have a childminder who i can trust implicitly and that my children like their childminder and they love Kim!
She is so caring, kind and warm hearted - there is no one better!

Kim is experienced, proffesional and a wonderful childminder, who provides a lovely environment for the children, with a rotation of toys and activities to keep them entertained. The children enjoy being with Kim, she is a kind caring women who I would highly recommend.
