About Me
Hello, my name is Amanda and I live in Bathgate with my Husband, and three children. I am a qualified nursery nurse and have worked with children from 4 months to 12 years old. I also have a diploma in Health care and I am a member of the Scottish Childminding Association.
As a registered Childminder I will be looking after children in my own home. I will provide a safe, friendly, fun and engaging environment for all children in my care. I have a fully enclosed garden that will be used on a daily basis.
As an experienced Nursery Nurse Practitioner and a parent I fully understand not only the concerns parents have but the high standards they expect from a childminder. Therefore, please rest assured that I will uphold these same high standards and will work with you to ensure that you are happy with the service I provide.

My Availability
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Hours out with these times can be discussed.
I charge £5.50 per hour for preschool
Before school £5.50 per hour
After school Monday to Thursday £20 and Friday £30
School holiday £5.50 per hour.
Term time £6.50 per hour
I provide morning snack and afternoon snack.
Parent to provide packed lunch.

My daughter has been going to Amanda for around five years and my daughter adores Amanda and her family. Amanda has perfected the balance of professionalism, warmth and care to make children feel safe and nurtured enough to thrive outside their parents care.
More than a person to trust with your child Amanda implemented her skills to help my daughter meet all her developmental milestones and supported us through potty training our daughter whilst in her care.
Everything is beautiful documented in folders including so many photos and information on activities, skills and developments my child has made.
We are grateful to have had Amanda these past years and will be saddened when we no longer need child care.

My two children have been going to Amanda since they each turned one and they both absolutely adore her. Their language and confidence has been helped so much by Amanda who has been fantastic at communicating with us and truly caring so well for our children.

My child skips out the door in the morning to go to Amanda's and has the best time. Lots of variety offered and I genuinely feel she cares. My eldest went and now my youngest attends and i can't recommend Amanda enough. Really approachable and very organised. Amanda has really helped my children gain confidence and has provided them with plenty opportunities to develop in all aspects.

My son has been going to Amanda’s wee panda’s since he was 5 months old, he smiles instantly when he sees her. She takes great care of him, always has him out and about and learning different things. I highly recommend Amanda, she is friendly, approachable and puts her all into her job.
