I have over 10 years experience in childcare through working in settings and nannying. I'm a bubbly active person who loves working with children and am also very organised. I am able to lead a team and also work on my own initiative to get work done effectively. I am very caring and kind hearted. I enjoy spending time with the children and form good relationships with the children easily.
My Experience
I have been in a supervisor role in childcare settings and also had full time position's nannying. I have a level 3 qualification and various other courses I have done which I have all the certificates for. I have an up to date DBS and completed a 2 day pediatric first aid course. I am currently ofsted registered and have public liability insurance. Please ask if you want any more information. I have been a full time nanny to 5 SEN children for over a year and I am currently working full time nannying for 3 year old twins since January 2022.
My Qualifications
I studied childcare in school and college. I have a level 2 and level 3 qualifications, dbs check and safeguarding training. I have completed a online Health and Hygiene course which I received a certificate for. I hold a full driving licence and own my own vehicle with business insurance. I'm unable to upload my cv onto here but if requested I'm happy to send it over! I am available for babysitting evenings and weekends.

When I met Vanessa she immediately showed her qualifications and the communication I received was great! Her rapour was amazing and I felt confident using her to look after my 3 children. Her qualifications and her approach made me feel secure in the decision I made. She has got lots of confidence in her own knowledge and great self direction. My children adore her and look forward seeing her everytime! She is capable of dealing with all age groups and adjusts her interactions to suit the different ages. I have a 4 month old baby which I am very protective over but felt so comfortable leaving him with her as he's so happy being around her. She is creative, very flexible and happy to help out whenever she can. I will be using Vanessa frequently to look after my babies!

It was so nice being able to leave my boys with Vanessa as she made me and my kids feel so comfortable from the minute she walked in. She ws so professional and so approachable from the minute she walked in. So so glad we found her we was that happy that we have now pre booked her for every week.
By far one of the best if not the best child minder we have ever hired.
I personally would massively recommend her to everyone.
Amazing in every aspect and my boys fell in love with her from the miniute they meet her.
Structured, reliable, qualified and overal an amazing lady. She is an absolute God sent
