Linda Ha

3 years of wonderful care for my son

Our son has been minded by Linda since he was 10 months old and we are very sad that our contract will be ending in two weeks. The only reason we have to find alternative care is because we have moved and the school our son will attend in September is too far for Linda to pick up from.

Linda and Eon have provided a warm, safe and nurturing environment in which our son has thrived for three years. He runs eagerly into their house each morning and usually asks at some point on a Saturday if we can leave him round to Linda's as we are boring! Their home is perfectly equppied for the service they offer with a comfortable playroom exiting onto a safe, enclosed garden.

Linda offers a diverse range of stimulating and fun activities at home, including messy play, baking, creative arts and crafts, as well as outdoor play with slides, climbing frames and scooters in the spacious garden. Her playroom is perfectly equppied with doll's house, train tracks, books, puzzles etc. She utilises the local playgroups several times each week and regularly attends local parks and soft play centres. Our son has the benefit of a homely setting with the other children Linda cares for but regular interaction with larger groups of children and ages as well.

Our son has enjoyed a homecooked meal each day, occasionally eating out (more than we do!) and Linda goes above and beyond in the care she offers. We work full time and it has been made so much easier knowing how well cared for our son is and how much fun he has well.

Safe Hands

Linda is a very experienced childminder and we couldn't be happier with the service she provides. She takes the children out every morning to play groups, soft play and other outings and they have fun in her lovely house in the afternoons playing dress up, building train sets and doing arts and crafts. They enjoy playing in her lovely garden in the summer with a wide assortment of outdoor toys and visit the local parks and beaches often when the weather is nice. Her home is very welcoming with a lovely playroom and she always has a nice meal in the oven to share with the children. Linda has quiet, individual areas for the children to take naps and ensures they keep a good schedule to get the rest they need. Our daughter (age 2) looks forward to her time with Linda so much and runs in with a big smile each morning. She enjoys Linda's home cooked meals, never ending patience and lovely cuddles and is sure to give her a great big hug every evening before we leave. When we get home, we are pleased to read her notebook to discover all the fun activities they've done and see photos of her enjoying herself. Linda keeps this up to date every day and we are always bringing home the lovely crafts they've done together. It gives us such peace of mind to know that although we have to work full time and can't be with our little one ourselves, she's in very safe hands with Linda. We would highly recommend her service to anyone for the warm, loving, safe and fun atmosphere she provides. Our only regret is that we didn't go there sooner!
