UPDATE AUGUST 2023 - SPACES AVAILABLE FOR WRAP AROUND CARE/SCHOOL RUN TO BELL FARM PRIMARY IN HERSHAM
Ex teacher, now registered Childminder - rated GOOD after my first inspection Feb 2023. I'm 30, mum to 2 boys - 4 years and 2 years. My 4 year old starts Reception in September and I have spaces to do the school run/before and after school care for other children in the same school. Please enquire for more details.
My Experience
I've been working with children for 15+ years in many roles. From running my own local Rainbows unit, to volunteering with children of all ages at my church. I was a teacher and worked for 5 years within Key Stage 1 and the EYFS, before becoming a childminder after having my first son.
I have experience working with children who have a range of SEND needs, including ASD and Down's syndrome.
I believe in all children having the opportunity to grow and learn within a nurturing and caring environment. I love to provide a stimulating, sensory rich and exciting place for children to challenge themselves and gain confidence in their own abilities and talents.
I am a passionate, hard working person who loves to see young children thrive and develop knowledge and understanding of the world around them whilst making it fun, playful and exciting.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time teaching and now that I have children of my own, I love to work in a more personal setting where I can cater to the needs of the children in my care.
