About Me
I am married and have two adult daughters. I provide a happy, stable, caring, fun, learning and safe childminding service. I am reliable, flexible and approachable for parents and carers and keep you informed. I work to current childcare legislation and guidance. I am able to take and pick up your child at local schools and nursery and live next to school campus. I provide fun and varied activities that cater for individual needs and each child's development.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2005 and have quality childcare experience. I have sucessfully worked with many families and maintain good working relathionships with them and encourage good communication. I work with children of all ages and stages of development. I have worked with some families and children who have special/specific needs. I work with north ayrshire council as a qualified daycarer and I am a 1140hrs funded provider.
My Qualifications
I am a fully qualified childcare worker with the following qualifications: svq3 childrens care learning and development, child and baby emergency aid, Rehis -elementary food and health, food and hygeine and control of infection, scma scheme of excellence, n.a.c daycare trained, Solihull trained
I have also trained in the following: child protection, sssc codes of practice, experiential play training covering the curriculum for excellence, pre-birth to three, girfec, fit ayrshire babies, nutrition, infection control
I take regular training to keep up to date and meet regulations and be familiar with new guidance.
