My.name is Eileen
I have been a nanny since i was 19.
I hold a level 3 certificate for working with children and young people
I also hold a level 2 teaching assistants certificate.
I am also registered with ofsted to work as a nanny , This qualifies me to accept CHILDCARE VOUCHERS as payment.
I.hold a current paediatric first aid certificate.
I have over 301 years of experience in childcare, i have worked with lots of different families over the years and i am still in touch with several of them,although some of the children are now grown up!
I.have mostly worked as a nanny though I did childmind for a couple of years going back to nannying as I found this suited me better
Working as a nanny I do lots of lovely things with the children in my care, for example, we visit local toddler groups,craft sessions at sure start and also visit our many lovely local.museums,we do gymnastics at our local sports centre,we go to a weekly dance class which incorporates a story session,we make use of the library which also does a storytime session, we use the local parks for fun,exercise and exciting nature rambles and exploring our environment,and we also do lots of indoor activities such as playdoh,jigsaws,counting/learning,crafts,baking,make believe play and free play with the children's toys. Promoting independence,children's learning processes and helping with children's development.
I also conduct my practices as a nanny alongside the parents own strategies to maintain continuity for their children and promote good working relationships between all parties. Passing on information as and when required and giving parents regular updates via text,photographs and daily diaries.
I am a warm friendly person sympathetic to young children's needs,safety comes first always and confidentiality a must!
I have a grown up.daughter who is now 26 and is now
a mum
herself. .
My availability at the moment is Monday Wednesday and Friday 7.30am-6.30/7 pm later finishes
,evenings, over nights and
weekends by arrangement. Also available for babysitting.

Brought up my now 26 year old daughter.

I am Also a qualified teaching assistant.
Current availability is monday wednesdays and Fridays, weekends by arrangement. I will consider a nanny share or working alternate days for two seperate families or a nanny/housekeeper role of which i also have past exietience for three different families over the years!

- Nannying from £12.50 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

As a nanny I charge £12.50 per hour/ negotiable depending on amount of hours needed.
