About Me
Hi, I live with my partner, 3daughters & a son. We have a cat (Tiger) & dog (molly the labradoodle).
I am a kind & caring person, who thoroughly enjoys working with young children. My setting is a home based environment and all children are treated equally as were they my own! I enjoy watching them grow and learn, whilst settled in my care as though its a home from home! We have outdoor access to a garden equipped with outdoor toys and learning equipment.
I enjoy to get out and about with the children in my care, to local parks, forests and softplay areas. Outings are always planned and part of the experience of learning through play and enjoying what nature has to explore!
I have been a childminder since april 2012 and am I registered with CIW. My paediatric first aid is updated every 3years as well as safeguarding courses. I have many other certificates in different areas and regularly attend relevant courses to enhance/comply with my childminding services!
My Experience
I have 4 children of my own.
I have worked in hospitals on the paediatric units, whilst training as a student nurse.
I have been employed as a nanny for 2yrs before i went to university.
Other work experience has all been in care related industry, such as, residential care homes and a home help assistant.
In 2018 I completed my level 3 diploma in children care and learning development.
