Hi dear parents,
my name is Mimi.
I am reliable,loving and proactive person with more then 13 + years experience in childcare in the UK, very confident with newborns and gentle and loving with toddlers and children of all ages.
Raising children is a hard work and I really value it and always trying to do all my best to take care of them, I also have my biggest experience in my life as mum and I am also happy to share it with new parents and happy to provide an excellent care as looking after your little ones as mine.
I’m also working in Montessori nursery with children of different ages to gain and expand my experience as Montessori follower .
I am happy to play indoor and outdoor games with the little ones, take them to classes,nursery,playgroups,parks, museums, Zoo, or Farm and organised play dates with friends also baking,crafts and art and many more activities.
I also like focusing on their development and engage them in stimulating games and helping around the house with little chores, I also believe that learning through play is much more fun and a huge part of children’s development.
Trained and happy to show them how to learn important things and first skills in life like- what is right and wrong, how to share, learn and be creative, how to be kind and respect others and create a good manners.
I am very experienced with first steps of weaning and have experience with BLW( Baby-led weaning) and potty training.
Moreover I am very active and patient person with a positive personality,I am always trying to grow my knowledge and take part in training courses and webinars to ensure I’m up to date and constantly educating myself.
I take pride in being a very organised person and I believe my skills as a nanny fit well into every family.
I am seeking further nanny work to continue doing what I am really love and broadening my experience.
I’m in childcare the last 13 years and during this time I was a regular ad hoc babysitter for many families in London. I have previously done travelling, proxy parenting, overnights for families and sole charge.

We missed Mimi so much! She was so caring with our son (from 8 months onwards) and he loved whenever she was caring for her.
Mimi was always so engaged with our child, handled dinner, bath time, and bedtime with ease.
Very reliable, always on time, and such a lovely person to bring into our home.
We would without a doubt still be having Mimi in if we hadn’t have moved out of the area.

Very very very disappointed.
This nanny expected to be paid to attend for an interview. And for me to meet her for the first time. And for her to meet my baby.
She agreed to this. Not once was money discussed. Until the hour before she was meant to arrive where she asked me if i was intending on paying her or if this was just an interview. I mentioned to her it’s best we meet first to see if we like each other in person and for her to meet my baby which is what was agreed Within a seconds- she said she is no longer interested. Very unprofessional. Appears to not be interested in the love for children and understanding them. But only interested in the money. Please don’t waste your time on this profile !

Incorrect!!!
I am not interested only of money but I am working for money like everyone else, also I’ve never been asked someone to pay me to come for an interview, as you could see I’ve excellent 5 stars reviews from a families who I’m been hired from and I’m still working for some of them. And I have genuine love, patience and understanding to babies !
The real story is - you ask me for some help and I kindly asked - do you willing to pay for it, tried to clarifying the things before we are moving forward, honestly I think I’m on my right to ask about it !
Just to let you know I am also working as a volunteer helping & supporting families who are working for NHS!
Such a shame you didn’t see me at all but categories me so unfair!
Within seconds of meeting Mimi I knew that I didn't need to interview anyone else. She is so caring and dedicated to what she does, and I trusted her without hesitation from day 1 with my then 7 week old baby girl. I can't stress how reliable she is and what a gentle and warm spirit she has. Any family would be lucky to have her.

We asked Mimi to babysit our son since he was 4 weeks old. Mimi looked after our son with full of love and engaged with him constantly. Thanks to Mimi, we were able to get back our sanity. Without asking her, Mimi tidied up baby space, washing up, and folding all clothes. Also, she is very knowledgeable about baby’s development. I can’t thank to Mimi enough. Any parents and children who have Mimi as a babysitter are very lucky.

I have a wonderful moments and lots of fun looking after your gorgeous son. I am very pleased and happy to concentrate in his development as he is a very smart little man.
I am so happy to meet people like you and Oliver and how nice is to have you in my life....but very sad because you’re moving out, I highly recommend you as employers and wishing you to find a lovely babysitter to join your beautiful family!
Mimi was fantastic with my 3 month old baby girl and my energetic 3 year old son. She was loving and patient with the kids and cared for and played with them so well. I trusted her completely with the kids. She has a lovely personality and is very reliable and dedicated to her role. I would recommend her as a good fit for any family.She was only with us for a few months but I wish it had been longer! We loved her and felt lucky to have her as part of our family.
