Genuinely Caring

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ramona. My son was 12 months old when Ramona became his nanny. It was obvious from the first meeting that Ramona truly cares and loves the children she is responsible for. My son absolutely loved and adored her and I trusted her completely. I was nervous about going back to work and leaving my son, but Ramona gave him so much love and attention, it really helped ease my mind to know that he would be happy.

She truly cares about every aspect of caring for the children and cooks healthy food which my son loved, she even accommodated his food allergies.

Ramona puts a lot of effort into making sure the children are happy, entertained, and learning, she would take them on daily walks as well as taking them to local groups, play dates and museums etc… Pictures would always follow of the children dancing and having a great time.

Nanny share

Ramona cared for our son as part of a nanny share arrangement for nearly 3 years.
 
Ramona is extremely hard working, reliable, trustworthy and incredibly organised. She always took an interest in our son’s development and learning, encouraging his interests in books, music and puzzles as well as outdoor play and exploration. Most importantly she cared for our son and the other child in the nanny share with love and affection and they always seem to have fun together!
 
Aside from looking after our son, Ramona also did some light housework (when the share took place at our house), and she would always leave the house looking immaculate. Ramona also cooked nutritious meals for the children, and encouraged them to eat well. Ramona would send us great updates throughout the day, including photos.
 
In summary, we think Ramona is fantastic. She is unfailingly calm, organised, and clearly a very caring person. Our son adores her, and it was a genuinely a delight to see them interact with such affection. It was a pleasure to have Ramona in our home, and she certainly earned our trust.
 
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ramona.

Can't live without her!

Ramona has been looking after my now 5 and 2.5 year old children for over a year now and I can't fault her. She is unbelievably calm and kind and never seems phased by anything. Even though she's very calm she still has bundles of energy and never says no to getting involved in a game. She has a great imagination and is always such fun.

I particularly love how social she is. We live in a lovely little pocket of London with such a great community and I and the children have lots of friends. Ramona has carried this on, keeping up the children's friendships, making friends with other nannies and mums and even introducing my children to lovely new friends. She gets the balance just right of being busy and out and about doing activities and socialising but also having a good amount of relaxing time at home; reading books, doing play doh, Lego etc.

She's become rather known around us as being the golden nanny. She's been happy to do a few ad hoc extras with some of my children's friends and all their parents have been so thrilled to be able to have her. Recently I was in the park with a friend and Ramona. We watched on and chatted while Ramona played ring around the roses with six children and had them all happy and laughing! My friend told me to never ever let her go!

My children are quite different to one another. My daughter is very cuddly and my son is very boisterous and energetic. Ramona manages to engage with and relate to both of them and they both adore her.

Ramona is also very dedicated. A small handful of times when she has been ill I've had to force her home. She's always so desperate to not let me down.

More importantly and above all else she loves my children like they are her own. It's hard working all the time and leaving your children with someone else, but she has made it so easy for me because I know how loved and cared for my children are. And as an added bonus the house is spotless when I come home after a long day!
