My Experience
I have worked for the past 20years as a childminder after the birth of my youngest child. During my time as a childminder I went back into to education to qualify as a nursery nurse. Which has given me a background of knowledge from birth to eight years as well as experence as teacher support. I worked from 2003-2006 as a supply nursery nurse at local nurseries in my area. I have good connections with other childcare establishments in my area and therefore share knowledge of experiences with the other childcare providers.
My Qualifications
I hold qualilifications of Level 3 in Home-Based Care in the Home, Diploma in Early Years. I have attended many training courses relevant to childminding, including EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) training, Promoting Positive Behaviour, Health and Safety, Child Protection, Pediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, etc..
My Availability
I work from my home from 8am-6pm.(i am flexible around these times as I do understand many parents start work at 8am or finish at 6pm). Days of work are Monday-Friday.

I have been using Elaine to childmind my daughter for the past 2.5 years since she was around 8 months old. She has a great deal of knowledge and experience with children of all ages. My daughter loves Elaine and spending time in her care. I am eligible for 30hours free child care now and she attends school nursery 15 hours per week and the other 15 with Elaine. My daughter has had lots of different opportunities with Elaine attending play groups regularly, the park and has access to lots of educational resources/toys. Anyone in murton looking for a lovely childminder to trust with their little one I highly recommend Elaine!
