Shada Lambert is a Award Winning International Career Nanny, Childcare Expert, Speaker, Parent Coach, Sleep Consultant, Potty Training Specialist, Entrepreneur and Nanny Mentor with over 18+ years of childcare experience. She prides herself on being a proactive, loving, honest, supportive, bubbly, creative, professional, organised, passionate, reliable individual.

Shada started her Nanny career in her teens and has gained extensive childcare experience over the years. She has worked as a freelance Dance and Drama teacher in over 20 schools and 100 stages in the UK and her childcare experience ranges from raising new-borns, toddlers, twins, school age children to teenagers. She is confident with the weaning, sleeping training, potty training stages and putting schedules and routines in place.

Shada adapts a learning through play approach and aims to encourage children to be independent and reach their full potential. She encourages fun and stimulating learning activities to promote child development of independence of thought and action, confidence, concentration, perseverance, problem-solving, motor co-ordination, self-esteem, and sense of responsibility with loads of positive praise and affirmations.

Her purpose as a Nanny is to create a safe, fun, creative, outdoorsy, exciting hands-on experience for children in her care to grow into happy, independent, kind, well mannered, confident adults.

Shada has a background in the Performing Arts and is experienced in many Dance Styles such as Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Street/Hip Hop, Bhangra/Bollywood and many more. She also holds a BA Honours degree in Arts and Social Sciences- Dance and Drama and a MA in Childhood studies and Early years.

With her performing arts background and childcare experience and knowledge, she combines her transferable skills in delivering a 5-star childcare experience which she likes to refer to as The Nanny Sharz Experience.

Her nanny career has seen her work for Nanny families from all different cultures, HNWI, UHNWI and celebrities all over the world in countries such as Scotland, Tanzania, Middle East, UK, USA, Nigeria, Spain, Greece, Italy and many more. She offers a range of childcare services and has been described as the "One Stop Nanny for all your parenting needs".

Shada is passionate about raising children and supporting and guiding parents through their parenting journey. She works as a self-employed temporary Nanny as well as Travel Nanny and adhoc/emergency/holiday cover Nanny and is happy to travel in the UK or worldwide at short notice.
