About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder offering a welcoming, fun & nurturing home based setting on a term time only basis. I have been minding since 2000 and have gained lots of experience over the years!
I am married with three children and three pet cats. We live in a quiet cul de saq with a lovely large private garden.
As well as caring for pre school children, I provide a school run service to Wigton Moor, which my children attended.
I occasionally work with an assistant who helps me with school and nursery runs and I have the assistance of all my Family too.
I regularly attend playgroups and introduce the children to lots of new experiences, building friendships and preparing them for all of life's adventures that lie ahead of them. I hope that the children feel that my home is theirs too.
I am also a Trustee of a Charity set up to help improve bereavement support for families after the sudden loss of a child.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2000 and keep up to date with all my training.
I was graded Good in my last inspection.
Not only am I a childminder but I am a parent facing new experiences every day!
I am part of the Wigton Moor Childminding Group which provides a Childminding network throughout Leeds 17.
My Qualifications
I have all the necessary qualifications required to be a registered childminder and regularly update them.
My Availability
I provide a term time only service working Monday to Thursday.
My usual day is from 7.30am until 5.00pm, but I can be flexible if needed.
I provide a school run service to Wigton Moor School and am able to pick up from Wigton Moor Playschool also.
