Would highly recommend

I have known Virginie for many years and I have always found her reliable and flexible when looking after my son, often accommodating him at short notice. He really enjoys going there as the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. I would have no hesitations in recommending her as Virginie is very professional and has excellent childcare knowledge and experience.

my 3 year old- Virginie

We have been using Virginie for nearly 2 and a half years for our son. We have been very happy with the care and attention he has received. Virginie is very reliable and has never let us down. she is also very flexible for any urgent situations. Our little boy has been very happy there and loves doing the school run and playing with her own children after school.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

MY LITTLE BOY(2) HAS BEEN WITH VIRGINIE FOR 1 YEAR NOW. HE HAS SETTLED IN REALLY WELL. VIRGINIE IS VERY KIND AND CARING PERSON, SHE IS FLEXIBLE, RELIABLE AND WILL ACCOMODATE TO YOUR NEEDS. MY LITTLE BOY LOVES GOING TO VIRGINIE'S HOUSE AND LIKES THE OTHER CHILDREN THERE. SHE TAKES HIM TO THE PARK, PLAY GROUP... I AM CONFIDENT THAT I MADE THE BEST DECISION FOR MY SON AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIRGINIE AS A CHILDMINDER. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK VIRGINIE.

unprofessional

We had arranged to leave our child and were under the impression that everything was ok. Then right at the last minute we were let down and told that our place was given to someone else.

We had two interviews with her and were happy to start using her.

What you failed to realise is that nothing was arranged ( not even verbally) and you never confirmed you wanted the place.
AS AN OFSTED REQUIREMENT; BEFORE ANY TYPE OF CHILDCARE STARTS; PARENTS HAVE TO READ,SIGN A CONTRACT , FILL PERMISSIONS FORMS AND AGREE ON DAYS/TIME/FEES. AS YOU NEVER CAME TO FILL THOSE PAPERWORK AND DIDN'T EVEN CONTACT ME AS PLANNED I ASSUMED YOU DIDN'T NEED THE PLACE.
I don't have space available very often and when I do get one it get filled very quickly.
