This lovely lady had mine and my daughters little girl last January and we couldn't be more grateful!
She was amazing always keeping us updated her house was clean and tidy and honestly would NEVER Hesitate to use Zainab again!

Zaynab and the team has been fantastic with My son, he didn’t speak English but they were patient with him now he can speak English very well. The environment is lovely like a family, they were present all the time, and was 100% trustworthy. We surely miss them so much

Zainab and the girls have been great for me and my family. She’s very flexible and let’s you change times or hours around. They’ve been great with my son in the time he’s been going, he settled really well and had a big smile on his face when going.

Zainab and her family provided safe and excellent child care for my daughter regularly over the last 5years. She is a responsible wonderful and caring child minder .I felt Zainab fully appreciated the challenges faced by working parents and helped us out even at last minute request for childcare and was always flexible with timings.My daughter always felt at home with Zainab and her family.As parents we felt reassured that our daughter was in safe hands and looked after by Zainab. We would have really struggled with childcare without Zainab’s support. A big thank you to Zainab for all her help and support over all these years.

Zainab and team have been nothing short of brilliant since my two children started in their care. Having been with a couple of childminders previously it was clear that they were not able to provide the level of care required for my children. They were coming home unhappy and would cry intensely before we dropped them off. We found Zainab and team and from the first moment it was clear that my children are happy in their care. They look forward to going now which is excellent to see. There development has also come along at a very good rate which shows the children are continually learning in the setting. I would 100% recommend Zainab.

My son was unsettled at the time due to us moving new to the area and needed the extra time and comforting environment to settle in.
All staff have been fantastic with helping him settle in. All the nice comments my son came home mentioning about the great day he had. And fun activities he had done.
Also he has gained an appetite for a variety of different foods which he has kindly been encouraged to try at lunch time with his friends. :) impressed!
All round i am very happy with the full care from zainab and the team. !!!!!

I highly recommend zainab. My little girl loves going to play and has learnt so many new things in the time she has been going. I was very wary at first as I had never used a childminder before but zainab kept me up to date on things that was going on and also sent pictures of what bethany had been doing that week. Very flexible and also took bethany to school as well as having her during the school holidays.

As a working parent it's never easy to leave our kids elsewhere but Iris made my children adapt very smoothly to this new situation making me more relaxed and with the certainty that they are being good taken care off. Plus the flexibility she offers I couldn't be more happy. Feel very lucky to have found her.

She is very flexible, agreed to watch children in very short notice. Setting is fantastic, with lots of activities. Very friendly, trustfull and excellent communication. Was taking care of kids very well.

My twins were 9 months old when they joined Zainab at her setting so I could return to work. Leaving your children with strangers is never an easy option but zainab made us feel comfortable from the day we met her and I felt at ease leaving the twins in her care.
They are now 22 months old and absolutely love going to Zainab's everyday. They return happy and bring home all the different things they have made. Zainab provides a diary so you are kept updated with your child's naps and feeds.
The twins have developed so much in many ways compared to other children their age who have not the same opportunity as them.
I would highly recommend zainab to parents looking for someone reliable and efficient.
