About Me
I have lived in Shrewsbury for 36 years and brought up 4 sons in the home i still live in. My fiancée also lives here.One of my sons still lives with us.I have 2 beautiful grandaughters who spend a lot of time here with me. They adore the fact that at the weekend they have a huge playroom all to themselves. I enjoy reading and my partner and I enjoy weekends away, going to the theatre and holidays. My job is very important to me and I get a great deal of satisfaction from it. I can't think of a better job to have.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 26 years. Most of my work comes through word of mouth or families who use my setting may have siblings they require care for. I care for children from 12 weeks up to 11 years in age. I have cared for children with special needs in the past. I am an Ofsted Outstanding Childminder and very proud of this fact. My fiancée works as my assistant and has all the necessary training such as first aid , food hygiene and is booked on to Safeguarding . He has an up to date DBS and an Ofsted suitability letter to work with children.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education.
I am up to date on Safeguarding, First Aid and Food Hygiene training. I also use the free training provided by Childcare.Co.Uk to keep up to date with the latest changes or updates I need to be aware of.
I also attend CPD training courses when they are made available through our local safeguarding board and our Early Years team.

I have no spaces at the moment but will post my availability when and if this changes.
