Gaelle has taken care of my 5 year old boy and 4 month baby girl a few times now. The first time within 5 minutes she was playing monopoly with my son while my baby girl was sitting on her knee smiling. She also sent me a photo of them both sleeping which was extremely reassuring for us.
Recently she was looking after the two of them when my little boy was sick everywhere she was absolutely lovely and caring towards him and immediately got him showered and cleaned up, not a nice experience for her and yet she handled it amazingly well.
Gaelle is always very punctual, extremely professional and most importantly my children love her.
