Ann has been looking after our daughter (9) and our son (3) since last spring, and we just could not be happier - more importantly, nor could they! Ann is wonderful with the kids - they are genuinely excited to go to her every day, and she keeps the little man busy with loads of trips out to playgroups, the park etc. She's super-organised and professional, and always really quick and clear to communicate - the logistics of being a childminder aren't easy, but everything is a breeze with Ann. We drive away every morning knowing the kids are comfortable, safe and cared for in a lovely home that feels to them like extension of the family.
