Our 9 month old daughter has been cared for by Joy for a number of months now and she thoroughly enjoys their days together. It is wonderful to see how she is developing and learning new things with Joy.

It was really helpful having a settling in period, which let our daughter get used to Joy, and to new surroundings. She now lights up when we talk to her about going to see Joy, and she loves the play room and playing 'splash splash'!

Joy is really friendly and supportive to us as parents as it is a new experience for us having a childminder. She has explained all things such as policies and contracts, and makes things really easy to understand. We get feedback about our daughter's experiences each day.
