Charlotte has been caring for my 2 year old son and 1 year old daughter for some time now and she has always been fantastic. She was an absolute 'lifesaver' when I was looking for a flexible childminder who wasn't deterred by my awkward working hours. It was the first time that my children had ever been left with a childminder, but I have never had any tears when leaving them and they often talk about their time with Charlotte and her daughter fondly when they are at home, even asking to go and see her when it is my day off!! My son, in particular, has developed at an astonishing rate since he has been with her. His speech in particular is noticeably different. He is using manners and speaking in full sentences now even tells me stories about things which he could only have learned whilst with Charlotte......I am so grateful to her for helping him in this area as it was highlighted at our initial meeting that his speech was a little behind. We will all miss Charlotte and her family so much. I feel incredibly guilty for moving the children and it is only down to where we live and my son starting pre school that I have to. I can highly recommend Charlotte to look after your children. She will always do what she can to help you out and is very reasonably priced.
