Since first visiting Charlotte my daughter was made to feel like she was part of the setting...She didn't want to leave! They always get up to different things each week and all the children seem to be great friends with each other. Charlotte really understands my daughter, what she needs and how to get around the tricky toddler moments, and always comes up with ways to help if I ever have a question or a mummy breakdown.
Charlotte is a really down to earth person who I would recommend over and over. You can tell she loves what she does and really puts all in for the children in her setting.
