My daughter has been with Soraia since 10 months old, and I could not be happier with the care that she has received. The setting is very much a home from home atmosphere, and Soraia’s attitude is always positive and caring. Soraia has always been so considerate to our daughters and our needs, including ‘thinking our of the box’ for solutions when nap times have been very difficult! Plus using cloth nappies, as we do at home, has not been a problem. We communicate via text and also have a communications diary for daily reports. Soraia and her daughter feel like part of our family- and as first time parents we have often turned to her for her experience and advice! She has made my return to work a lot less stressful. I would never hesitate to recommend Soraia as a childminder, we are so sad to leave her this year as we move out of the city.
