Mo has been looking after my little boy since he was 10 months old. She provides a homely but stimulating environment for children to learn and play. Mo has been really responsive to my son's personality, being flexible to meet his needs and this really helped get him settled. She makes sure there are daily trips out taking him to playgroup, the library and the park, as well as fun activities in the flat too. It's a shame she doesn't have a garden (fairly typical for London though), but she makes up for this by going to the ace park right outside her building most afternoons. Mo also provides great food - my son would definitely score the food 11 out of 10 if he was asked - he eats really well there.
