About Me
Due to my teaching back ground, I’m passionate about development in all ages.
I like to keep baby diaries and learning journals I also follow the early education framework for activities.
I believe In a holistic approach to teaching and feel free time and down time are just as essential as scaffolding a child’s learning.
I love all outdoor activities such as swimming or bear hunts in the local park and I am a keen cook I try to include the children in the cooking when possible.
I enjoy reading and doing toddler yoga and toddler aerobics to help children with co ordination, confidence and balance.
I have travelled and lived in serveral countries over the years I enjoy exploring new cultures this is something I feel is important to promote in child care.
My Experience
I have 10 years experience in childcare. I have worked with babies from 4 months to children of 10/11
I am an NVQ level five, and have done a degree in early years education.i have also completed first aid, safe guarding, and food hygiene courses.
I was with my last nanny family for around three years.
