I felt very "guilty" to return back to work when my son was 10 months old.He was very sick the first year of his life and still has his problems.I was worried someone else couldn't cope with it all apart from me.
We viewed Caroline settings and were really happy with how she was as a person, very competent, trust worthy and relaxed. Just really welcoming towards us.So was Mark! Caroline never fails to make anyone feel comfortable in her house. My son is looked after so so well, I fully trust Caroline as a childminder and as a person! She has really proven herself to me.My other son is 5 and goes to Caroline during the school holidays. He is always keen on going to "Carolines house" ! Best decision I could have made!
