Hi there, I'm currently a LSA in Woodside junior school. I have been there for 15 years now! I'm extremely caring and fair and not forgetting fun! take a look at my lovely reviews from families I baby sit for :)
As well as a LSA , I am a manager of the schools wrap around club for the last 4 years.
I absolutely love crafts, that much do that I make memory bears and more!
I have a level 3 TA certificate and most recently level 3 paediatric first aid.
Fortunately, from being at woodside school for 15 years, I have attended a huge amount of training. Please email me and ask away.
I do have a clear DBS. I am struggling to upload it. hopefully you will see that I am on a school which is exactly what you have to have to work with children so reassures you
My Experience
Besides being a wife and a young parent to 3 children of my own aged, 20, 25 and 27. I'm also currently a Learning support Assistant which I've been for 15 years. In this time I've trained in many areas some of which are first aid, aspergus and autism training also safe guarding and first aid and many more to come! I also teach read write Inc phonics and have a DBS too. Most recently I have passed level 3 TA course and paediatric first aid.
My Qualifications
I'm currently work as a learning support assistant that helps support a local primary school- I teach 1:1 interventions, also groups and I teach phonics lessons as well. I also manage the wrap around care
I do love my job especially the children, I live in Amersham so ideally I'm looking for close by.
I've had several amounts of training as mentioned in 'my experience ' and many that I haven't mentioned though willing to show my professional development folder too.
I may not have a nvq or be a qualified ofsted approved childminder though I feel I'm as good as. I have been working with children for over 15 years including bringing my lovely daughters up, your child will have lots of fun and be VERY safe with me.

This wonderful lady has really sprinkled some magic on the babysitting experience for our family, which has been particularly important with dad being out of the country for much of the year. She's taken huge care to engage with our little boy and understand the activities that he enjoys - we never know what inspired game or craft project she's going to come up with next! When I come home, the house is always immaculate and the boy is always asleep - she's really mastered the perfect balance of fun and discipline. Our son can't wait for each of her visits and to be honest, neither can I - it's great to have found not only someone who is trustworthy but a genuine ray of sunshine for our family.
