i also have my own child who is 3 years old . I am of a fun and energetic nature (remaining firm but fair) and have a very hands on approach with things love to get stuck in with all kinds of activities with the children.

My Experience
Nanny to the General officer commander British forces Germany in a fully staffed house for two gorgeous children that are now 7 months and 3 years old.. Duties have included Daily routine of feeding,bathing changing children. and settling them to sleep . Engaging children's learning through play. Day trips and activities.
Teaching assistant for the past 4 years in Germany for the British forces (key stage 1 and key stage 2) . Within this job I have done several roles..
1;1 support with a statemented child with autism.
After school activities with a statemented child of Downs Syndrome
Class based support which included particular care to various pupils with Special educational needs such as ADD,ADHD,speech and language, diabetes and epilepsy as well some behaviour challenging children.
This role involved excellent subject knowlede to deliver all aspects of the national curriculum in assisting and deliverance of teaching.
I have been working in a children's home in Herefordshire for troubled children with unfortunate backgrounds and emotional behavioural needs which ranges from a variety of individual needs and severity
I have an absolute passion for children and their development I really believe that the quality of time that is put into children really helps them develop into exceptional people.
